So January is finally over! Does anyone actually enjoy January? I know I don’t mainly for the massive gap between pay dates and the cold weather. I do crisp not cold weather and absolutely no Snow. Nope nonde at all.

Anyway with that being said, here is what I was loving in January:

Monitor:

First and foremost, I can’t get through a Monthly Favourites without mentioning my new monitor. For some reason, I am much more productive sitting at my desk without Netflix on listening to music. It could be a pseudo-effect but I think having a larger screen makes me a little more productive.

Lavazzo Milk Frother:

This was one of Christmas present from my parents. So far I have experimented with both Coffees and Hot Chocolates which have turned out really well. I’ve still to experiment with the cold froth option although I may save that for the warmer months. I don’t really think I want a cold option in the snow.

Gingerbread balls:

These are insanely good. I have continuously made them for the last few weeks and every time they disappear without a trace. The recipe is super simple to follow and you can find my version here. However, this time I switched the Cashews for Almonds and added in a couple of tablespoons of water just to hold them a bit better.

Nip + Fab Soften Kale Fix Moisturiser:

This addition to my Skincare routine was courtesy of Glossybox. I don’t think I had tried anything by this brand before this moisturiser. It is SO good – makes your skin supersoft which is perfect in this cold, dry weather. I use mine in the morning before make up.

Maybelline Superstay Setting Spray:

I always use a setting spray as part of my make up routine. Usually my weapon of choice is MAC Fix+ . However, recently I have been trying out this one by Maybelline. So far I really like it and it isn’t expensive either at £6.99.
